DX-508 is good combination of speed and precision. With Taiwan Controller and Japanese Industrial Servo Motor, it is consisted by one wire feeding axis, one OD axis, two cutter axis, one pitch axis and one mandrel back and forth axis. it increased spring production output while reducing manual operation difficulty and saving product set-up time.

2. Field-bus controller, with quick reaction speed and well synchronism.
3. Faster conversion of left and right hand spring tool setting.
4. Special equipment for making compression springs, torsional springs, tension springs and wire forms.
5. The machine has the function of probe deceleration ratio.
6. During the production process, capacity can be increased or decreased at any time, and the computer will be automatically    updated.
